Coconut oil also improves cardiovascular health by reducing bad cholesterol levels in the blood. Consume 1 tablespoon of extra virgin coconut oil on a daily basis.
Also known as an Ayurvedic health tonic for women, cinnamon helps ovaries to function properly and increases fertility. It also helps in curing PCOS, one of the main causes of infertility. According to a study, cinnamon supplements can help improving and regulating the menstrual cycles in women suffering from this disease.
